Bad Service and no delivery

I had put in an order the day before (Thursday) and the order was confirmed by Shiva. On Friday, when I arrived at the arranged time, the order was not in any way ready and no sight of Shiva. The employee working at the counter kept me waiting for over 30 minutes and did not have the courtesy to inform me that the order was not in any way going to be ready as they had not made it. Eventually, I had to leave empty handed although I had ordered the goods the day before. When I phoned to enquire who the owner was so that I could lodge a formal complaint, I was given false information by the staff. Very disappointed at the no care attitude to the customer.
