con artist *****

HI all, i have recently dealt with a construction company that is run by a guy names Sam, when he came to quote me on the job he was very professional sound, but the massive issue came in after we paid him 80% of the money deposit, he then started the work on my house but did not finish anything, 3 weeks later with countless days not working on the project, we realised he is a con man, demanding more money or he cannot finish the work,

2 weeks of him not doing anything half the days, i am left nagging him to finish the work i have been given excuse after excuse and now when i tell him i will get some one else he wants to take me to court.

please be very very weary of this unprofessional con artist *****..
