False Promises! This is *****!

I went to study with Saha mining Academy, before i could leave the south coast I enquired more information about this training centre by the Assistant Marna, If the R8000 training fee includes MQA certificate as well as the diesel mechanic training, free accomodation & free food that was advertised on their Facebook page. Well she said it was true trusting her with all her sweet talks, my sister did tell her that i would like to see the accomodation & training centre to see if Im happy enough then only i would pay the deposit fees. BUT NO when I do get to kempton park Johannesburg after paying all my bus fees getting there. The Owner PRINCE says i need to pay R8000 Immediately so that he could register me, So my sister deposited R4000 into his company account HE MADE ME SIGN A FORM STATING THERE'S NO REFUNDS, yet i did not see the Training centre, the next day he took me to Rustenburg where the training centre is, the accomodation was a very unhealthy environment, i could not stay there as i requested my refund and he insisted i could not get it back, as he took my study fees to pay for transport fuel toll gate and as he said free accomodation yet i did not sleep in Rustenburg.
