Poor Workmanship & Finishes with appalling customer service.

Jan Botha from Sahara Kitchens is quick to promise quality but evasive and unreliable. The workmanship is appalling and Jan abandons his staff on site with poor instruction daily. This results in poor quality finishes and repeated mistakes in the hardware that needs to be installed. All the cupboards are *****, multiple holes are drilled because nothing lines up. Even the simplest of things are executed poorly. Hinges and other mechanisms are of the cheapest quality. But once Jan is off site it is impossible to get him to return to FINISH, not to mention correct there’s faults. He will evade your communication for months and continues to have excesses. I would never recommend this company. You will have to have most of the workmanship redone and what can’t be redone will have to be replaced. Save yourself some time and legal fees. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
