Good service from Sahara Insurance Brokers

I finally had a call from Sahara Insurance brokers(Ashila). She has explained everything to me and has assisted me with all my complaints. None of this was their fault and the complaints should have been targeted to SIS(Strategic Insurance Systems). They have taken a long time to sort me out with my claims. And also all my previous claims they should have had it sorted out. Thanks
