SAHA Academy requires payment of course fees upfront. On the day of the physical training course, attendees were required to wait for more than thirty minutes for the facilitator to arrive. Upon completion of the course, we were advised that certificates would be issued via email within one week. Nearly a month has now passed, and no certificates have been received. Attempts to follow up have proven largely unsuccessful. Most correspondence goes unanswered, and when responses are received, they are generic in nature, indicating only that certificates will be shared “in due course” and that this process may take several months depending on workload.
