The SAGU is an elitist dictatorship ruling South Afrcian golfers who have no say in their affairs. They unilaterally decide handicaps and rules and the average golfer can have no say unless it is via their clubs. All players have to pay SAGU fees and their AGM's are closed affairs. Dictators.
