Sagren Nair - Builder - Strongly NOT Recommended

Sagren Nair - is definitely not recommended. He continually pushed for money in advance of when payments were due. He misled facts to me to get deposits. He failed to return calls and return to site to finish. He was paid for services not rendered i.e. building plans. He rendered poor plastering work that is uneven, electrical work that caused tripping and connections that do not work, Braai is skew. Cement thrown on roof that has no waterproofing, door has no handle nor key, window installed but not treated. He began with roof and left the site for the weekend unfinished so that it rained into storage.
