Calling me, the customer bad names

I went to pick up a steel plate on behalf of my father, who lives in Namibia.<br> He spoke to Sarel and confirmed the measurements, and to organize with him that I will pick up the plate over the weekend. When I got home with the plate and my father asked me to make sure the measurements was correct, it was not. When I phoned them today and queried the wrong cut sizes Sarel was not in, but his wife phoned me back 2 minutes later, before I could even finish my query, and ask about the second plate that was not given to me, she started call me \stupid"among other rude names"
