Sagewood Cafe Pietermaritzburg

I have always loved this place. Situated inside Blackwood's Nursery, it has a unique atmosphere to it. It is quite strange enjoying the quiet there, virtually in the heart of Pietermaritzburg.

The meals are innovative, interesting, tasty and filling. Value for money.

I recently complained to them concerning a misunderstanding that led me to believe I could book a table there.

Gregg at Sagewood Cafe persisted in getting the issue resolved in correspondence with me. He did not take offense at my complaint, his emails remained polite and understanding throughout.

We like taking our friends there, and will continue being supporters of this little gem of a place in Pietermaritzburg.
