unorthorised debit order

<p>they have debited my account twice already,january and february ,i dont even know who they are,i have never signed any contract with them,so is this **** or what?.i really work hard for my money i dont understand how people would just take someones money just like that an my bank fnb allows unauthorised debit orders.</p>
