Unauthorised debit order

I have noticed a debit order of R99- being deducted off my account every month. Standard Bank say there is nothing they can do as they don't process the debit order. I'm not sure how they can allow a deduction off my account without my written authority but that's another story. STD Bank referred me to a company called Sagewise. They hardly answer their phone and when they do a rude woman picks it up \hello"no company name or anything. She proceeds to tell me that Sagewise represent a number of marketing call centres and the one charging me was AG Marketing. However when queried about my written authority for the debit order she put the phone down.<br> This whole thing appears to be a **** to me.
