CONTINUOUS ******* DEBITS OF R99.99

<p>This company has been *******LY debiting amounts of R99.99 each month from my account. I have called SEVERAL times for them to refund all those amounts - a RUDE lady by the name of Michelle promises to do refunds but NOTHING has been done to date..she's on ********** . Forever promising call backs but NEVER actually calls. I've had it with these 'unknown' companies...not even the consumer protection offices can help..i've tried reporting them several times to NO avail....why the hell are they so untouchable...I spend hours on the phone each month with my bank trying to get their contact details..and they just continue debiting money from my account </p>
