Zero tech support resolution.
Poor or non-existent technical support. If Bank Feeds are important to you don't bother getting their online accounting product. The bank feed functionality breaks every now and then and it takes forever to get sorted out. I have been waiting for 5 weeks now and yet there is no end in sight. Their technical support consultants go through the same ineffective procedures wasting my time and eventually I usually just get cut off.

I called Support today to find out what the progress is if any. The consultant asked me to hold on while she finds out. 10 minutes of silence followed and nobody on the other side came back. Out of frustration I phone Renewals but got cut off immediately. Then I called Sales and Tshepo apologised for my bad experience and promised to escalate it via his manager. My disgust at your treatment of a longtime customer is immeasurable.
