Zero service
We have had issues with updating our prices for 2021. We have spoken to Lebogang and emailed and emailed and had no feed back. They sent us a mail that it has been resolved but it has not. I have been trying to get hold of support but everything I get cut of after 10 or 20 min on the phone listening to thei recordings. Absolutely useless. Clearly they have issues from top management al the way down to the lowest service provider. They will most probably fold in the next 5 years. SA MUNICIPALITIES PROVIDE BETER SERVICE. ESKOM PROVIDES BETER SERVICE.

16 Feb 2021, 15:35Thank you very much. Problem has been sorted. It is very sad that it has to come this but getting hold of you guys is very difficult. There are to many computers and city's and not enough human when I have a issue. All of this could have been avoided if we could contact your support person without having to listen to computer prompts for 30 - 45 min. I spent 1 hour on the phone and as soon as the support person picks up the phone then the call drops. This happened twice. I do believe live chat, WhatsApp and TeamViewer could add to your support service.
