ZERO RESPONSE AND FEEDBACK from SAGE VIP Renewals

I've been sending emails to *** since 11 January 2023 to inform them that, as of 01 March 2023, we will no longer need the wages module and that I would like to know how much the saving will be. I even tried to get confirmation via https://www.sage.com/en-za/support/resources/. I was also informed by this consultant that I need to contact the Renewals department. Wonder if such a department really exists?

We are paying a license fee of close to R70 000 per annum....would think we would get better service....apparently I was wrong!!!!
