Worst Service Provider ever

The system has been down and the lack of communication is concerning. Calling them is a waste of time as the staff seem to be in the dark. Interesting enough I could not get hold of support, however, when I changed my options by requesting sales, a consultant answered only to have the call conveniently cut off. SHAME on you SAGE.... we had a difficult year to contend with...and here you are *****ing up livelihoods even more!!!
