WHERE IS TECHNICAL SUPPORT?!
WHERE IS TECHNICAL SUPPORT?! I have been on hold for over an hour When I asked a switchboard operator to PLEASE put me through to someone who can tell me what is going on I end up on infinite hold again. I CANNOT DO MY JOB!
