I want to thank Sage Pastel Partner for all there assistance during this difficult time. My calls and emails was answered immediately. One of my clients wanted to make use of another accounting and payroll system.

It was not a Sage problem and with all the support and all the new sites, self help services and the most wonderful part is the Sage University. Problem solved, they are not moving away.

I want to thank the following staff members of Sage Pastel Partner - Sales Lerusha Naicker, you are one amazing person. Thank you for all your support and helping to run a free trial period. Thank you for all your calls and assistance to get the support team to assist me with the installation of the package that I needed.

I want to thank the Team Leader of Support Tumelo Moropodi that assist me. I did not answer my calls as I was in a meeting for the whole day. You made my day when you tried to repeat my email address. Thank you that you appointed Claudia Diblasi to assist me with any questions or support that I needed.

Claudia, I haven't got words to describe you. After my conversation with Tumelo you tried to phone me. You got hold of me at the clients offices and after the second time that you tried to get hold of me, the person at the switchboard asked me if I'm looking for a Face Parcel. It was actually Sage Pastel.

I will sent an email and as soon as you where available you phoned me back. The installation of trial and all the relevant modules was in one word WOW.

Thank you that you introduced me to a new world of Sage that I did not even knew exist. Sage University, the self help and support of other clients with the same questions and answers and, and....

I also want to thank Yvonne Zietsmann of Sage Payroll. Yvonne thank you for your assistance to solve the payroll issued that my client had. My problem was solved and you responded on my email in seconds. I can't explain how much I appreciated your trust in me.

Next time I will think twice before accusing Sage Pastel Partner or Pastel Payroll, because my clients issue was not the program but the operator. Sometimes there is errors on the program, but that is normal.

I believe that God had a purpose for putting me on this company's road. They are on cloud nine and this is because of all the above mentioned staff that made it possible for me, to convinced him to stay with SAGE.

You are angels from heaven.
