Very poor system performance
Offline since the beginning of the week and very slow even when the system is not in crisis. Think its time too look at Xero. With the current climate, we cannot afford to be offline even for 1 day.

21 Jan 2021, 14:41Offline for a week is unacceptable, no matter how sorry you are.
The fact that the problem is still unidentified and you are still troubleshooting does not inspire my confidence and is most concerning. We have month end statements and VAT. If our VAT is late due to your system failures, will Sage be paying the 10% penalty that SARS will levy ?
