Very poor service

I am having a problem with submitting my half yearly report to SARS. I made contact with Pastel Payroll on the 23/09/2019 and have sent two more e-mails and have made two more phone calls, still no feed back. What does it help if you drive a Rolls but it does not go. I am very disappointed. I will be looking for an alternative to Pastel.
