Very Poor Customer Service and Delay in Refund
The Customer Service at Sage One is pathetic!! They never answer calls and when they do (rarely), no one seems to know what to do. I have been following- up on a refund for over a month via calls/emails and the issue in nowhere near been resolved. Extremely frustrated and looking for alternatives..

No refund todate - 32 days later!!
