Utterly disgusted

Today I received a call that was transferred by our receptionist, it was from a DARLEEN STROEBEL of Sage VIP. Our protocol T EDUSCIMAT, is to ask who is calling before transferring the call but I was met with a harsh tone and it did not stop there. When I tried to explain the reason why I am asking, Darleen told me that I am asking the same thing for the tenth time meaning I am an inefficient switchboard operator (I am an executive manager by the way). When I asked her to please stop being rude as I am not the same person she spoke to earlier, she became even more rude and hung up on me. I have been treated so badly before, I find her conduct very unprofessional and disgusting. I will never use the services of SAGE, ever!!
