USELESS CALL CENTER , TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE PLEASE
GETTING ASSISTANCE FROM THESE PEOPLE IS JUST PURE NIGHT MARE, NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 3 DAYS NOW WITHOUT ANY LUCK OF GETTING ANY CLEAR CORRECT ASSISTANCE IM SEND FROM PIL**** TO POST AND 3 DAYS LATER STILL NO HELP AND THE WORST IS AFTER HOLDING ON FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR THEN THEY JUST DROP THE PHONE. THEY OPERATE LIKE GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION NO ACTUALLY EVEN GOVERNMENT INTITUTIONS ARE MUCH BETTER THAN THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE JUST USELESS SHAME
