Useless
Pathetic, this company is useless when it comes to customer service, press 1, press 1, press1 for 30 min. 10 Days battling useless. Get youre act in order. Make program available offline or do something this is affecting our business. USELESS

28 Jan 2021, 13:35This report is not true at all in my case. 2 People has contacted me both from pastel. Wrong contacts. They promised to get somebody to phone me from Sage. Lies stories more stories and stories. I cannot even log in my business is at a halt for 10 days i have been battling. Why can somebody from sage whom is competent not please phone me. I have contacted other suppliers like quick books they cannot access Sage to download my excising Data. I do not want to change i want somebody to speak to. Is this so hard Mr Sage. Writing false reports is not a way to solve problems face your paying client. We call it a phone call. A coutresy call
