Unprofessional service

I enquired about an HR system for my company and I was assisted by a Lebogang Gwai who is a sales development. She told me she would get someone to call me with a quote, it’s been over a week and I have not received a call, I’ve emailed the said person with no response, I’ve called her and she hangs up when ever I call. I’m not sure what kind of unprofessional behaviour this is but it’s unacceptable.
