Unfair pricing / charge

I have been dealing with Sage since it Pastel Accounting as Partner and I have had cancellation and re-allocation of payments before but this is the first unfair treatment I hada since ever. I have been charged a handling fee for a cancellation a client did and did not receive my rebate instead I was charged a 25% for re-allocating the payment to our account for an order we did that was done under some account but invoiced to our company account, but when I informed the sales lady (Nhlapo-Sue allen) that the cleint has changed her mind she said just sell to someone else, in the past all payments we did were allocated to our account with the amount excluding our rebate, but I know companies grow and policies change but in this case I lost twice but the sale went through eventually as we paid the full amount and SAGE & Nhlapo-Sue allen got 50% of the benefit (we lost the rebate and charged 25%). The funny thing is when you look at the invoice its reflecting delivery fee, which is the first time I have ever been charged delivery. This is funny because I have not received the latest copies of the new releases since 2009 version, I'm used to spending money on downloads but I never complained because I thought SAGE policies require its partners to download, after discussing this with other partners in the eastern cape I was shocked to hear that they receive hard copies and have never been charged delivery. I just wanted to let someone know maybe I'm not the only victim and now other will vent as well. I will appreciate if in future I'm notified of policy changes and when our sales are not going to be processed into our account, because I thought being partners means we communicated and treat each other fairly. NB: I lost about three weeks of work due to this.

Thank you, SAGE & Nhlapo-Sue Allen.
