Unauthorized debit orders
Two unauthorised debit order of R99.00 and R79.99 with reference:VERDIVA ***6 SAGE160201and VERDIVA ***6 SAGE160201, were debited off my bank account on the 01st of February 2016.<br> I have no idea who they are or where they got my bank account details and I'm ****ed about this. I phoned my bank (Nedbank), to get contact details for the company that deducted. They gave me Sage Pay's number When I phoned Sage Pay, they gave me Verdiva's no ***. There was no answer on this number the numerous times I tried calling them., I would then like to know how Sage Pay gets in contact / communicates with Verdiva, when Verdiva gives Sage Pay instruction to process debit orders in our bank accounts. <br> <br>
