Unauthorized Debit Orders

My wife's Absa bank account was *******ly debited for an amount of R99.99 on 2015-11-10 (NAEDO TRACKEDNAEDO TRACKED DO DDSDYNAMIC/***4 SAGE). We've recently been getting unauthorized debit orders going off my bank account twice a month<br> We will be laying a complaint at PASA about this. Kindly supply the mandate used by yourselves to verify this was a legal instruction. Should this be a so-called telesales, I request no less than a voice recording.<br> I further urgently request the name and contact details of the responsible party. Your help with this will be appreciated!
