Unauthorized Debit Order SA UNATHI - SAGEPAY

Who is this SA UNATHI ***7 SAGEPAY that debited R99 on 2.dec my debit orders run from 28th and 29th of each month. please remove my account or card number

Good Day We will be happy to assist you to clarify the situation. We process debit orders on behalf of other companies and the following has possibly occurred: 
  1. You entered into a contractual arrangement with another company. 
  2. The contract includes a regular payment via debit order. 
  3. The company uses Sage Pay to facilitate the payment. 
  4. As a result, the debit on your account reflects Sage Pay rather than the name of the company you contracted.
  In particular, we can provide you with the name of the company that is debiting your account.
