Unauthorized debit order

I would like to report Sage Pay for allowing a company, called Victory, to do unauthorized debit orders from my ABSA account, for the past year. The friendly staff from ABSA tried to stop this, but was unsuccessful. I would appreciate help to have this debit order cancelled for good. Thank you.
