Unauthorised Debits
Sage Accounting is a terrible platform. We had an automated payment plan that debits our business card monthly. After canceling our subscription in March 2023, Sage has continued to debit our business card monthly. No assistance for refunds or stopping this debits from them. Email, phone. Absolutely disgusting.
