UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER - SA UNATHI

An unauthorised debit order of R99.00 with reference: SA UNATHI ***3 SAGEPAY, was deducted off my bank account on the 30th of November 2015.<br> All my authorised debit orders go out on the 25th of every month. I have no idea who they are or where they got my bank account details and I'm very livid about this. This debit order has resulted in my incurring a R125.00 unpaid charge due to insufficient funds for the debit order.<br> I would like a refund of the R125.00 unpaid charge that I incurred unnecessarily.<br> I phoned my bank (Nedbank), to get contact details for the company that deducted. They gave me Sage Pay's number ***. When I phoned Sage Pay, they gave me SA Unathi's number as ***. There was no answer on this number the numerous times I tried calling them. If this number goes unanswered for a week, I would then like to know how Sage Pay gets in contact / communicates with SA UNATHI, when SA UNATHI gives Sage Pay instruction to process debit orders in our bank accounts. <br> <br> Regards,<br> Miss Dweba
