Unauthorised debit order A&J Solutions are *******

I have had two debits deducted from you in 5 days. 1st one on 20.03.2015 for R99.99 (***2) and again on 25.03.2015 R99.99 (***7) reference is A&J Solutions. your call centre put me through to Jeanette at A&J Solutions, she would not give me her surname and she would not make reference to the company's name - I have to trust that Sage put me through to the correct company. I called you on Monday regarding the 1st debit and again today. I spoke to Claire, who has advised that she cannot reverse yet as Jeanette has till tomorrow to make the refund, if this does not happen then Claire will advise. okay so you have your procedures to follow - what about us loosing money every 5 days??? ATTENTION SAGE PAY - A&J Solutions aka MJ Solutions aka Imagine IT marketing are ******* and **********, last month they where using Digicash to do there dirty work and now this month they are using you. I have asked Claire to get my signed mandate from Jeanette at A&J and she said she will get it to me tomorrow - I really hope so as I explained to her I need to take it to the police station.
