Unauthorised debit order
I recently noticed my statement had a debit order for R289 with descriptions: Description One YONGIMALI ********** 7 SAGE180430, Description Two ********** 86089N. I don't know where this debit order came from, and have never made the account in question accessible to Sage. Can you please stop this debit order, and advise who / which company sent through the debit order.

To resolve the following query we would need you to provide us with the 8 digit reference number, you will find it before/after the word Sage Pay on your bank statement or you may provide us with your bank account number.
