unauthorised debit
there is a debit on my mother's bank account by sage which holds an account for 1 direct debit..they debit R89.99 every month of which i know nothing about and i never approved i cannot get hold of 1 direct so maybe Sage can help me since they are the one who debits for them.

To resolve the following query we would need you to provide us with the 8 digit reference number, you will find it before/after the word Sage Pay on your bank statement or you may provide us with your bank account number.
