Unable to obtain Tax datafile

My customer had a Sage1Payroll account until Febr 2019 - by which date the company closed. We have been trying without success to obtain the tax datafile to submit our Annual EMP501 return - and to make it worse; we are dealing with very rude helpdesk assistants. Really not happy with the level of service and will seriously reconsider before recommending Sage1Payroll to a customer again!
