Unable to cancel SAGE ONLINE TOOLS

I have been trying to cancel my Sage Online Tools since AUGUST 2019. Numerous phone calls, as well emails have been sent. Last I checked it was STILL billing, and surprise surprise.. No-one every calls me back or answers emails, and certainly no credit has been processed. Disgusting service. Honestly I am sorry I ever used your product.

I expected better.
