Un-authorized debit orders - still waiting?

<p>Please see history below.</p> <p>A refund was made for two of the three debit orders only. Please advise.</p> <p>PS - This is done via HelloPeter as nothing appears to happen via normal communication systems.</p> <p> </p> <p>Previous entry: 28 March 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unauthorized debit orders charged to my FNB banking account via Sage Pay (Pty) Ltd. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have called and e-mailed Sage Pay directly on a number of occasions since the first occurance on 15 November 2016. To date, no refunds or explanations or a copy of the actual authorization. </p> <p> </p> <p>Charges to date: 15 November 2016 (R99.00), 15 December 2016 (R99.00), 20 February 2017 (R99.00)</p> <p>Each transaction attracts a banking service fee. An instruction to stop a debit order costs banking fees. Stopping a debit order inside a bank costs even more.
