Trying to get a refund on educational software

I needed to purchase educational software from Sage Pastel for one of accounting modules. I filled in the order form manually and deposited the money to their account. Subsequently I did not need the educational software so I asked for a refund and i'm stilling waiting for it.

Whats most suspicious about this is that Sarah Bhanda (the contacting party) stopped replying to my email immediately after I had sent my bank confirmation letter. In my 5 attempts of trying to contact her through the Sage telephone switchboard, I can't seem to get a hold of her even though shes reported to be at work.

As I understand it, Sage Pastel Accounting is an accounting entity meaning that your values and missions are aligned with the accounting principles of practice and this includes integrity and professionalism. Your employees are not being honest in their actions and thus compromising on their professionalism. Please fix this.
