Totally Disappointing and Unprofessional

<p>The company i work for was looking for a complete "retail"accouting system that would provide detailed reports and hopefully eliminate alot of manual processing, we approached Sage and were assured that Sage Evolution would be able to provide the experience we were looking for.</p> <p>During implementation, it was clear that it could not, the averaging of stock values being the biggest problem, as it is not condusive to our dynamic business needs, we then had to look for another package outside of SAGE which would meet our requirements.</p> <p>I then requested the funds that were paid to SAGE, be transferred to a Payroll package, that we are in desperate need of as our license has expired, i also explained to the many people that i had to deal with, that we are 6 days behind on processing payroll.</p> <p>i was promised feedback which i have not received to date.</p> <p>I find it extremely frustrating that a simple request cannot be honored.</p>
