Time and again - disgusting customer support

This is my second review of the exact same issue - disgusting customer support service. They bounce you back and forth for a week when you could have taken an alternative route. It's pathetic. Sage Payroll, Sage One, Pastel, Sage VIP, and on and on maintains the same level of incompetency.
