Terrible terrible not access to accounting transactions with no light in sight

Whilst having a active paid up subscriptions I have not been able to make essential accounting tasks for more than a week and they seem to also not have access from their side as after multiple attempts to get assistance doing a transaction on my behalf I have had no success. Logging an invite which is suppose to give then access to your system has not been successful and is said to be dealt with in 7 days. The system has already been down for 7 days and it is month end. No business can work like this!!! This has caused serious problems for my business and it is of great concern and very very serious that all the accounting date is supposedly there but neither myself nor SAGE can access it, making the info worthless
