Terrible service

The service was horrible, I made a call to the registration department to get help with my registration code but the same registration people kept putting me on hold, then back in the queue. I was on the line for 1 hour 30 minutes, the last person I spoke to was Hape who said maybe the code expired. I waisted so much money on airtime today. I believe the consultants took advantage of the fact that I'm a student, I was being transferred all the time in the registration department. Im super disappointed with Sage. The service is a nightmare
