Terrible Sage Online Customer Support and Ongoing System Failures

After my review on this site last week I was contacted by sage customer care literally an hour after I wrote the review. Unfortunately, it was only good service for 30 minutes. Now my bank feeds are not pulling in for the last two days, and I still cant keep certain allocations allocated....the workload of re doing daily sales is in sane.

After yet again another two hours of my day wasted yesterday, I now have yet another reference number HD***8 - so now I have three reference numbers....this one being escalated to a third party (please entertain me), yet this morning my bank feeds are STILL not pulling in, and my debtors and creditors statements are wrong, bank balances etc....in arrears for two days.

Customer care reference number 685043 - where i was promised support, ignoring my last three emails. Well done Sage.

Definitely going to switch accounting systems as Sage is not capable of providing a service, feedback or a solution to a going 8 week problem, frustration levels sky high and my business paying the price as well as my companies good name.
