Technical Assistance - Non Existent

<p>01.08.2016</p> <p>Three calls to the main support line - on hold for 16min, 8min and 13min - no assistance received!!!!!</p> <p>Why - because we did not purchase the annual support package...</p> <p>Small firm with very basic invoice needs - purchase Xpress V12 3yrs ago - systems keeps losing registration.dat files and apparently you also have to pay for pervasive license as well - NO ONE at Pastel will assist!!!!!</p> <p>Well done Pastel!!!!</p>
