SUPPORT CENTRE NOT HELPING

I have phoned twice for the same problem but still it is not fixed. If I want to create a new company on Pastel partner a message comes up: You may not create a new co. in an existing comp. I just want to create a brand new company and still it does not allow me. I have called In dec and March 2015 for the same problem and the lady told me not to worry if I do a year end I can create a new company there. But this is not what I want I want to create a brand new client/company with no figures in it at all and still I cannot do it. I have tried to put in my pastel cd to do a repair but the cd does not work. I have called Saturday 4/4/2015 at 12h45 and hold on for about 30 min without any luck. I am desperate to finish up work for a client and can not work at all because support does not answer phones and pastel accounting is not very stable as per my view.....I am very unhappy with this result now I must go and explain to my customer why I could not finish their statements and I look like the fool......
