*****ing my money

Money was deducted from my account without my knowledge because card payments was apparently made occurring without me accepting it or knew about it. My first e-mail was sent the 6th of July with NO feedback. The 12th of July I spoke to Thandile and she said it will be 7-14 working days and I will have my money. I have followed up twice and NO feedback. I am disgusted in the service I received! You are *****ing my money! I never gave you the authorisation, you just took it!
