SPAM OR NOT??? PEOPLE BE AWARE!!!!!

I have been trying to sort out as from 25 March 2015 when I cancelled my debit order with Victory March (Sage Pay) <br> I joined them in August 2014 STILL NO LOYALTY CARD received at all 9 months now already.<br> When cancelling my debit order I was told refund will be done end of March 2015, NO REFUND!<br> <br> Been phoning them since 25 March 2015 on a weekly basis, every time I was told they will do the transfer now while I am on the phone - NO REFUND <br> Phoned owner Chantel and was promised to do refund end APRIL!<br> <br> Phoned on Tuesday 12 May again, was told they will do payment straight away,most definitely, NO PAYMENT!!!<br> <br> Phoned 15/5/2015 at 8.30 spoke to Hazel - Was told please be patient the payment will be done today! I have sent messages to the owner Chantell on 8 May, 11 May, 13 May and 15 May 2015 - they do not even have the decency to answer my sms messages, they just ignoring all correspondences sent to them? DO THEY CALL THIS BUSINESS ETIQUETTE?...<br> <br> SPAM? I really want to make it aware to ALL PEOPLE if possible, who want to join them PLEASE...DO NOT JOIN THEM!!! <br> MY PATIENCE VERY LOW AT THIS MOMENT!!!!!! I have all phone calls, sms recorded as well!
