So damn slow AGAIN!!

Here we go again. It is the 1st of the month and your system is rediculously slow again. How are we supposed to do statements and payments when it keeps timing out and going around in circles. Can you not do your backups out of business ours so that your paying customers can actually get on with a days work ??
